Improper Maintenance or Usage: We are not responsible for damages that occur due to improper use, handling, or maintenance of the work area or equipment by the owner after our services have been completed. This includes any alterations or modifications made by the owner or third parties.
Manufacturer Defects:Defective Materials or Products: ProFix Services is not liable for any defects in materials or products supplied by the owner or purchased from manufacturers. If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect, it is the responsibility of the product manufacturer to address and remedy the situation.
Malfunctioning Equipment: We are not responsible for damages caused by equipment or tools that malfunction due to inherent defects or flaws. This applies to both owner-provided and manufacturer-supplied equipment used during our service.
External Factors:Environmental and Natural Causes: ProFix Services cannot be held accountable for damage caused by environmental factors such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other acts of nature that occur during or after the completion of our work.
Client Obligations:Disclosure of Information: It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known pre-existing conditions, defects, or potential issues prior to the commencement of our work. Failure to do so may result in complications for which ProFix Services cannot be held responsible.
Product Warranties: Clients should ensure that any materials, products, or equipment provided are under warranty and suitable for the intended use. ProFix Services is not liable for warranty claims or replacements of defective items.
